Javier is a joy to work with. He did a bathroomremodel for a rental condo of mine. He understands quality but not crazy expensive like those guys at Jaccuzi.
He is responsive, helpful, detailed and gets the job done in a reasonable timeframe.

Javier was responsive, communicative and professional. UNO-Pro did a great job replacing the baseboards and quarter-round throughout our entire home, including calling out specific issues for bathrooms that a large orange big-box retailer failed to mention (before said retailer's contractor bailed on the work).
So in addition to doing a great job quickly, they helped us source and install the right product for moist environments. I would definitely hire them again for construction/renovation projects in the future.

Javier secured cabinet replacement parts and installed them, parts I couldn't find nor could I do the installation. He also replaced 3 faucets, all in a timely manner to help prepare a home for sale. He responded quickly and the cost was very reasonable

at least 24hrs Notice is required for any project. any emergency call can be taking at higher rate ($120 first hour and $75.00 and hour after)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
at least 24hrs Notice is required for any medium to large project.
a walkthrough of the project must be scheduled for a list of repair and materials. a client email is required for the estimate since is done by the company software / a signature of the client is necessary after accepting the Estimate. work begins with a $500 deposit or 10% of Total Estimate. a Full payment is required after work is completed. one last signature is required after all work is completed. / client received a copy of the signed final Invoice.
