Introduction: We have over thirty years' experience and skills in electrical maintenance, plumbing, sheetrock repair, concrete repair, and toilet repair/replacement. There is no charge for quotes. Our work is not by the hour. This is unfair to clients. We offer a single price with no changes, unless we're opening a wall and we find mold or rot. In this case, the client can make the decision as to how they would like to proceed. What is unique to my company is my desire to provide the best possible work. This comes first, above and beyond the cost. My company has been in the valley since 1995. I have a long history of excellent relationships with clients, and I have a quick reaction to any problems. If any of the repairs require a licensed and bonded contractor, we will inform you prior to beginning any work. We do have contacts for some reasonably priced contractors, but it is up to the client to make the final decision as to who they wish to do the work.
