Aarron is very professional, competent, and personable, making him very easy to be around in the gym. He develops creative training plans focused on my individual goals and limitations, focusing on my weak areas while maintaining my strengths. I have definitely seen gains in both strength and endurance. As a bonus, Aarron is also very respectful and conscientious, which I greatly appreciate. AJ is the best trainer I've had so far in my weight loss journey. He pushes me to go beyond what I think I can do and the weight is just falling off. The workouts and the meal plan a easy to follow and very effective

Owner Aaron is super knowledgeable on his workouts. I went on a cruise and he was in charge of morning workouts. He explained everything before we did it as well as did it all with us. Went around the room too make sure we were doing things properly. He let us know what the exercise was for and the benefit of the motion. Gave pointers on what we can do just sitting at home. Definitely recommend him as a trainer who care about his clients and not just in it for a paycheck.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$125 is for one individual session. The price per session goes down significantly when you buy a package. Ask about our packages and we'll be happy to explain them to you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified master trainer for about 6 years. Studied under some great teachers on my way to that accomplishment. I have been doing this long enough to address the excuses and learned how to eliminate all of them, thus providing you with the best results.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After playing semi-professional basketball I decided that the Air Force was a place I wanted to be. I qualified for and signed up for Special Operations. While self-training for the qualification test, a neighbor took notice and asked if I could work with him and his family. The rest is history after that.
