Jenny was great to work with, she helped me choose the style and transparency of the shades we bought and installed them herself. There was a manufacturing issue with one blind and she immediately pointed it out and ordered a replacement. I will work with Jenny again in the future.

I offer a design consultation at no charge. First, I see what you're interested in. I measure and show you samples and pictures. I may have other suggestions or solutions as well. Then I provide the itemized prices and approximate delivery time. All products and installations are guaranteed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make an appointment at your convenience and I make getting window coverings an easy and inexpensive experience!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've trained distributers in all aspects of selling basswood shutters. I opened Jenny's Window World and got my license to sell window coverings in 2002. With over 20 years experience, I have done about every type of window covering product on the market. I was a retail clothing sales manager during the 90's and represented a line of clothes for a tropical clothing designer. Therefore, I have plenty of experience with fabric and color.
