Introduction: I’ve been cooking for over 30 years now. It’s my passion in life. I am inspired by my travels around the World. I'm always learning new styles and techniques in the evolving World of cooking which I bring to your dishes. I cook with Love and serve with Happiness. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY. A Full Service Caterer for any Event. From exotic flavorful appetizers to delicious innovative and creative lunch or dinner plates. Box lunches, drop offs, indoor-outdoor, parties, themes,occasions, events. We can bring the food , decorations and the entertainment if you wish. Make your party an event to remember! We work with you! As I traveled around the World the last fifteen years, I have been gathering the flavors from the many Countries I have visited. I found the best way to experience a cuisine was to order small plates or appetizers. This is the way I like to eat today and share with you the same experience I had. The ones I am creating here are from my experiences with Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food. The fusion of Californian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Cuisine was a natural way for me to create flavorful food for you that you will enjoy!

Personal Chef

Chef Owen did an amazing job for a plated dinner for my sister's bachelorette party! He was able to accommodate 3 vegetarians out of 12 plates, and both he and his assistant were so professional. They arrived on time, and prepared the dinner for all the ladies. all the food was great, they cleaned up, poured drinks, and even made coffee to go with the dessert. Everyone really enjoyed the experience. We would definitely recommend going with him, and will look forward to contacting him next time we are in the desert!

Wedding and Event Catering

Chef Owen was very delightful to work with. He was very responsive and helpful during the inquiry process, and he made the experience overall pretty stress free. He catered our private dinner for 15 people with and was very professional by coming early to scope out the venue and setting up without any help. He was punctual, and the food was very good. Not to mention, the portion sizes were very generous. I would definitely recommend Chef Owen for your next event.

Chef Owen was amazing! He was super responsive and very creative! We had a small intimate dinner party of eight and what I really appreciated about him was the ideas and suggestions he had. We had a 5 course meal with Lobster and Fillet Mignon. The Tiramisu was sooo good! Thank you Chef Owen!

My experience with Owen's A-Meze-INGCATERING was extremely positive. I approached him to do my wedding, and he was not only a good listener when I explained what I envision for the menu, but he then took what I gave him and ran with the idea improving and exceeding my expectations. Owen is well traveled, and his globetrotting has definitely influenced his culinary skills. His dishes are not only delicious, but exciting as well. His tabbouleh is right up there with sex. He was there when he said he would be. He treated my guests as if they were royalty, and his prices below the value of his delicious food.
