The overall experience was quite good. Upon arrival, provide a review of the issue and also asked about other locks that may use the same key. A thoughtful question. The work was done with good speed while checking and rechecking to make sure all was well before asking me to try the new lock assembly and door lever. Overall, a nice experience to have everything go right and with good speed. Yes, I would recommend and yes, I will likely be calling again for my other doors later.

He replaced the lock quickly, it's working great, and he even took a quick look at a couple of other doors and got the handles working better at no charge. He was friendly and easy to work with.
