He did a same-day, on-site assessment of the wall expansion project, and within a couple of hours, he sent me a proposal and cost estimate. He arrived at the agreed upon time to begin work, and he completed the job ahead of schedule. The quality of his work was nothing less than superb. I could not be more pleased. James and his crew were very good. They came in at 6 AM and started getting things ready for the concrete with expansion corners and rebar they did all the work and we’re done by 2 PM. I would definitely use them again and tell friends also.

I contact this company to have my patio slump stone wall raised from 5 feet to 6 feet. It was a small project, but the owner James Dawson was willing to tackle the job. Mr. Dawson knew exactly what materials I needed to achieve my goal. He identified the color of slump stone and mortar/gout. He measured the wall addition and calculated the cost. He explained what would happen and how he was going to complete the project. Once I signed the contract agreement, Mr. Dawson wasted no time in scheduling me in. The addition went quickly and smoothly and the wall addition was done to Palm Springs local building codes. The company was very professional and things went very smoothly. The mess was also cleaned up and the waste hauled away. My block wall addition looks great and matched closely with the older stones. I’m very satisfied in the workmanship and service his company provided.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies per project. There are many variables and unique circumstances that require an in-person assessment to determine your total project cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact will be by phone or email to discuss the needs and concerns regarding their prospective project at which time an in-person estimate appointment is scheduled. During your estimate appointment our representative will assess and discuss options. After your appointment a proposal is written and emailed to you, which includes the scope of work and total job cost. Once the proposal is accepted a Service contract is emailed for signature by both parties. Then we're ready to schedule a start date!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Masons have decades of hands-on experience and continue to remain up to speed with current trends and modern techniques.
