I requested AC and heating unit inspection and Leia helped me to schedule convenient for me day and time, she was very friendly on the phone. My technician Moises was very professional and patient, I am a first time home owner and I had lots of questions and he patiently explained me every step of his work and what ever I was asking about. Great people, excellent work. Our AC was our for a few days, and Moises came out to get it up working. He had to redo so many wiring issues the previous guy caused, but got it all working again! Don't hesitate to hire Knockout!! You won't be disappointed!
