Manny and his crew were very nice people first of all. I felt comfortable having them in my home. They set expectations , showed up on time, and delivered. This was a tough sanding job, but they held to their quote. The job looks great. I would highly recommend them.

What started out as a simple repair of a damaged floor plank ended up resulting in retiling one bathroom and a complete gut job and remodel of a second bathroom including replacing all plumbing fixtures. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be very challenging due to the different budgets but nothing is imposable. I try to work with my clients and send them to vendors that can help them beat the Home Depot or Lows price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to my customers then I make suggestions on what they want try to communicate with them on the detail and organization and time frame of there project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually was in a labor union for flooring before I decided to go on my own. I was training there for the first 3 years every 3 months it was a mandatory class to keep us up to code.
