Kick2Fit is the most amazing workout I've ever done. Inez has so much energy and makes the class entertaining, not to mention it KICKS YOUR ASS! After trying Kick2Fit, every other workout is boring! I would recommend this class to anyone looking to find a fun workout that actually works.
I needed to hit the gym but just wasn't motivated. I saw Vinny training a client and liked how he included a lot of boxing and kickboxing. After 18 30-minute sessions, I have to say I feel great. Vinny knows his stuff! There is no doubt that he is aware of all the techniques. He doesn't promote any products and is always willing to help you. I would 100% recommend him to anyone reading this. He increased my cardio ability as well as strength. He determined that a full body workout was the way to make me lose weight and gain muscle. He was right, as usual. Seriously, stop looking for a trainer and call Vinny!
Great trainer, no boring workouts, and my health is improving. Mike listens and works with me to reach my goals, look forward to my workouts all the time. And this is 9 months after starting kickboxing. The facility has lots of regular people getting healthier, so I don't feel intimidated.
I've been training with Martin for about two months now. I have about a year background in martial arts. I really enjoy all of the different mixed martial arts he's been teaching me. Not only are they fun, but everything he teaches I believe is highly effective during a confrintation on the streets. The combination of kickboxing, Lima lama, and Kung fu, and other martial arts equips one for the many different scenarios that may take place during a street fight. He breaks everything down in complete detail, step by step. I highly recommend Martin if you are interested in self defense.
Marcus has been my trainer for almost 4 yrs. My initial goal with him was to learn kickboxing as a beginner. During this journey, Marcus has taken me beyond any goals or aspirations I had imagined. He has expanded my learning from just kickboxing techniques to cardio and strength training. I am not a fighter; I take kickboxing lessons to learn something new. I been training with jasper for over a year, initially my goal was to train with him for 3 months to lose 5 pounds of body fat, get more toned, build upper body strength, core strength, build my endurance and cross train for my figure skating. I was able to see huge results within 2 months and I decided to continue to train with him. There is no price on the value of knowledge I learned from him and about my own body. Not only did I get past my goal but I also learned how to defend myself with his professional knowledge of kickboxing and martial arts. I feel more confident, stronger, faster and healthy. i am a 62 year old CEO. I am also in awesome physical condition, look 20 years younger than my age, and am confident in all areas of my life. I believe the training I had with Tim made a huge difference in all of these areas. I started training with Tim as a brown belt. Four years later I earned my black belt with Tim. The truth was the brown belt I had was worthless. I could not fight. Tim trained me to fight, to get in shape, and to be able to defend myself. Tim moved away from Houston (where I trained with him) to LA about 6 or 7 years ago. However, the training was so well done, I still continue my practice and am in great shape. We have a strong kids' program divided in 4-8 years old and 9-14 years old. Those over 15 years old start our adults' program, although our kids' program is huge. It is still half of the academy, and our adults' program is great because we do offer a curriculum for beginners and more advanced people. We welcome everyone. Out of shape? Non athletic?
