- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge on a monthly basis for once-a-week service with some chemicals included. Filter cleans, conditioner, and buckets of tablets are extra. I have different rates for residential versus commercial service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to check out their swimming pool and equipment if I am there to handle service as well as listen to the customer's concerns, answer questions, and ensure transparent cost structure for monthly service. If it's a pool build or remodel, I also like to spend time hearing what the customer expects so that we can work well together..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly attend conference seminars and workshops to increase my understanding of pool chemistry, equipment, and construction.
