FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My mobile notary pricing includes the applicable notarization fee plus a travel fee based on distance. My standard travel fee is $30 per 10 miles from my service area. After-hours, weekend, holiday, urgent, and same-day appointments may include an additional convenience fee. Pricing may also vary based on the number of notarizations, travel distance, and appointment timing. I always confirm the full price before the appointment so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first confirm the type of document, number of signatures, location, and preferred appointment time. I’ll also let you know what valid identification is required. Once everything is confirmed, we schedule the appointment and I arrive prepared to complete the notarization efficiently and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a California commissioned Notary Public and an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. I also have professional experience in real estate and mortgage lending, which gives me additional familiarity with real estate and loan-related documents. I am currently an active real estate agent DRE 2134900 and mortgage loan originator NMLS 2332146 in California.
