This was my second time dealing with Web Heroes and I am so glad to have dealings with them. I called Web Heroes again as my soccer league website was hacked. I was connected with Jermaine and he began working on my website right away. It didn't take him long to rectify the issue. He also ran some extra tests to help strengthen the website security. Further, his price was so reasonable and this is something that I absolutely appreciate as a small business owner. I will definitely be using Web Heroes again and would recommend them to anyone with website issues who want their problems fixed for a great price.

I have a self funded blog and I have tried very hard to find technical support. Usually, I am provided with exorbitant quotes or they provide a suite of services which I don't need or I have to wait ages to get my job completed. I'm so happy I found Web Heroes! They are super professional, with flash-like turn around time and most importantly are within my budget!! Our general maintenance package for managing WordPress websites is $69 per month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the requirements, tender an estimate then complete the project. Once completed we let our client review and sign off. High fives all around.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught designer and developer with over 15 years of experience hand-coding HTML and CSS. I currently offer services including domain management, managed hosting, website maintenance, website development, social media management as well as SEO and ppc marketing.
