So glad we hired EM Enegy&Air. Rats did a number on our crawl space and we'd put off repairs for far too long. After seeing numerous reviews stating the same problems, we got in touch. A day later the job was done, all new ducting, new vapor barrier, and access points sealed up. Crew was great, work was done quickly and with care. The house is warmer, the air is better, and our crawl space is ridiculously clean! Definitely will be calling up again when we can budget to redo our attic insulation as well.

We had great experience with EM Engery$Air. Eilon laid out the all options in great details after a through examination of the attic and crawl space of our house. All his suggestions are practical and thoughtful. When his crew came to work, they are on time, efficient and responsive. The price is definitly very reasonable for a new furnance, the new air ducts and insulations in the attic, and vapor barrier and insulation installed in the crawl space. My house is quite warm now with themostat put on 70F.
