I had an issue with a debt financing company, Alleviate that I had just signed a contract with. They wanted me to stop making credit card payments for 4-5 months in order to help the credit card show I was in hardship and couldn't pay. It would ruin my credit score and I wasn't going to lose it! Alleviate financial solutions had also withdrawn money from my checking account even when I had sent them the 3 days cancellation notice. I contacted Bay legal via internet, explained my suituation, submitted all the paperwork and documents I got from the debt financing company, gave them time to review my information and within a week they sent me a draft demand letter for my approval and to verify information. Once I approved the draft letter, they emailed the parties involved and it took them a few days from the Debt company to reply to me saying they had canceled my contract and would be refunding me my money back within 7 days! I was so happy and grateful. Bay legal are fast, friendly, professional, and work with you every step of the way! Would highly recommend them and would definitely use again for future legal matters! Thanks guys for your time and help! You helped me deal with these people and one less thing to worry about!

I had a fraduelent claim from Sixt car rental company, coming after me for bogus damages. They did not stop after I pointed out how invalid their claim was, so I reached out to Bay Legal for help. They took over, sent an excellently written demand letter, and Sixt dropped the case within 1 day. Bay Legal staff were professional, friendly and highly effective. Highly recommend!
