I had a challenging tile repair request and the first to respondents said the job would be too difficult. Two rounded tiles (corner pieces) broke off from my kitchen counter and broke into pieces on the stone floor. I could not find replacement tiles, so needed someone to try to work with what I had. Altanas managed to get the pieces back in place and fill a sizable gap with matching grout.

Project cancelled due to timing and travel conditions. Agreed on time was 07:30 on Sunday 11/16/2025. I had to call twice to verify his arrival. At 0845 he stated it he was 40 minutes away. I wanted to meet with him prior to going to church and leave him with my son. I cancelled the project and went to church. My biggest issue or paranoia with this is I gave him my address two days before his due date. Work was never started.
