- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first thing you should know, is that I am not the cheapest bookkeeper around! If you are looking for a cheaper bookkeeper, we are probably not the best fit. But, if your budget is a bit in the higher range, and you are looking for someone beyond just a "transactional bookkeeper," I would love to talk to you. I am interested in working with someone I can build a relationship with, and help put them in a position to succeed and expand their business. If this sounds like something you are looking for, I would love to talk to you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will do a consultation. We can discuss and ask each other questions to see what your needs are, what problems you are having with your books, and how I can possibly help. I will ask you questions and look things over to determine what course of action we should take. Afterwards, I will look over my notes and work out a plan for your bookkeeping needs and business. We will schedule another call/meeting to go over it, and if you like what you see, we agree on pricing and get started on working together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Quickbooks Advisor, as well as Gusto People Advisor certified.
