- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is customized based on the scope of work, timeline, and project goals. I offer everything from one-time content creation and social media support to larger branding, storytelling, and communications projects. Before providing a quote, I take time to understand what you're trying to achieve so I can recommend the most effective solution for your budget. I believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and I offer package options for businesses, nonprofits, and organizations looking for ongoing support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a discovery conversation to learn about your business, audience, goals, and challenges. From there, I develop a customized strategy and project plan. Depending on the project, this may include brand messaging, content planning, photography, video production, social media strategy, or communications support. Throughout the process, I maintain open communication, provide progress updates, and collaborate closely to ensure the final deliverables align with your vision and objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Marketing and Media from California State University San Marcos and am currently completing a Master of Science in Digital Media Management at the University of Southern California (USC). In addition to my formal education, I have 10 years of hands-on experience in content strategy, social media management, brand storytelling, photography, influencer marketing, and digital communications. I've worked with brands, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs to create meaningful content that connects with audiences and drives results.
