FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on offering some of the most competitive rates in the area especially for heavy residential demolition projects. As a self-performing contractor, we own and operate all of our own equipment, which means no costly rental fees and no unnecessary markups. This allows us to pass the savings directly to our customers while still delivering top-quality work. Every project is priced fairly and transparently, with no hidden fees, so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straightforward and designed to make your experience as smooth as possible. We start with an initial consultation to understand your project goals, site conditions, and specific requirements. From there, we provide a detailed free estimate outlining the scope of work, timeline, and costs. Once you’re ready to move forward, we finalize the details in a signed contract to ensure clarity and mutual agreement. After that, our team handles permitting (if needed), schedules the work, and gets started—delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality results from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team’s expertise is backed by years of hands-on experience and specialized licensing. We hold A (General Engineering), B (General Building), and C-21 (Building Moving/Demolition) contractor licenses, which qualify us to handle a wide range of demolition, excavation, and construction projects. In addition, we have 13 years of experience working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a military contractor, completing complex and high-security projects that require precision, safety, and strict compliance with federal standards. This combination of licensing, training, and real-world experience ensures that every project we take on is completed to the highest professional standards.
