What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum fee is $100 for signings within 10 miles from Pasadena—it includes travel and up to 3 signatures. Each additional signature is $15.
Once the total per-signature fees reach $200 (14 or more signatures), the travel portion of the minimum fee is waived, and you'll pay only for the signatures.
If Thumbtack's calculated fee is lower (including travel and up to 5 signatures), that fee will apply instead.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Message me with the information about the number of signers, documents that need to be notarized, and the approximate number of signatures requiring notarization. We will then schedule a date and time for your appointment.
