- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide Senior discounts . Pricing varies from job to job. I can provide a consultation onsite and we can talk more details, so I can get a true feel of your project. I give options and work with the homeowner to meet their budget but at the same time I don't want to lose quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give them answers to any questions they might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cement Mason since 96', certified in paver installation, Pervious concrete, training course in stamp concrete and 20+ years in hands on work.
