Flexible with scheduling when product to be installed did not arrive on time. Arrived promptly, worked efficiently, everything works (ceiling fan and electrical outlet). Came up with a creative solution to fit the ceiling fan when it didn't fit originally.

They did a fantastic job taking down the old fan/light and installing the new one. They also installed a new light hanging from a 14ft slanted ceiling. Super punctual and polite, we will definitely hire for more small and large renovation needs!

John and his team arrived at the job site early. Evaluated the job to install a new range hood, provided an agreeable price and conducted the work with professionalism. Provided proper electrical hookup including adding a new junction box, testing all components and providing cleanup after the job. I will be hiring JCW again to do painting and floor laying. Very pleased with JCW.

Got a call back almost immediately on a Saturday and the job was DONE by mid-morning on Monday. Does not get better than that plus John was a pleasure to talk to and to work with. Great, personable and professional staff as well. Will most Donnelly use again.
