My wall heater would not come on. I explained the history of the heater and the steps I had taken to isolate the problem. He then went through the steps to determine that the valve assembly needed to be replaced.. He removed the heater assembly, went to a parts company, came back and reinstalled the package with the new valve assembly and everything worked.
