- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to do what brought me joy. It started off as a hobby, then transitioned beyond that.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings were the most common. All of my wedding photos were shot with a manual camera, prior to the creation of digital cameras. Secondly, events, i.e. parties, graduations, landscapes and memorial services...
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Pro bono for a homeless shelter where I photographed the residents there. Many of the children had not seen a 35mm camera. They were top models in the making. They had so much fun and they felt special. I touched their heart and they touched mine. Additionally, I participated in the Help-Portrait Photography event for homeless families.
