- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is normally set by my lenders or investors, although I do take on contract work for specific projects, such as writing an Executive Summary or Business Plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to discuss a clients' overall business, and even personal situation, before making any type of recommendations. Occasionally they will come to me with a pressing need and only want to discuss that, but the more information I have the better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the financial services business for 24 years. I still hold a Life&Health Insurance license in California, and have since 1993. I have at various times held Property&Casualty Insurance licenses, Series 7 General Securities and Series 66 Investment Advisor representative Licenses, both issued by NASD(now Finra). All of these required extensive training and proctored exams to qualify for. I have been working with small business owners for my entire career.
