I was contacted by Ola w/ Ariel while looking for an HVAC company to install 3 condensers on the roof of an apt building. The first thing that struck me was how incredibly friendly and polite he is! Truly a breath of fresh air. Furthermore, he was very accommodating with my schedule and when we met in person I learned that not only is he a joy to work with, he is also very knowledgeable, meticulously detailed oriented, generous with his time, and goes well above and beyond to do exceptional work. I can't recommend him enough!

Ariel Heating and Cool did an amazing job. Our ductless unit was installed terribly by our previous installer which caused it to malfunction with damages. Taking time out of their busy schedule, Ola and company came in and educated us on the problem and went to work on fixing the issue. When they were finished, our unit operated like new. Excellent craftsmanship and great professionalism! We highly recommend Ariel H&C!

Ola is the best! He's friendly, communicative, and responsive - I never had to wait more than a few minutes for responses to texts and such. He was able to get a two-head heat pump install done in fairly short notice and under my budget. Highly recommended.
