He did the job very quickly and efficiently. We did have an issue with the wax job since it rained the next day. Fernando was very quick to come out and redo part of it. Now it looks great.
Finally, we were also having trouble with some outdoor pedestal lights and an electrician was not responsive. Fernando offered to talk a look at it and got them repaired.
Overall, a great experience and very professional to work with.

1. He's responsive and always keeps me in the loop. Unlike other contractors who have been impossible to get in touch with, Fernando always responds promptly. When you hire someone, you want a partner who you can trust to check in and make sure you're on the same page, and Fernando does this amazingly well. He always proactively updates me if anything changes.
2. He brings valuable professional advice. When we hired him to redo our front driveway, walkway, and yard, he took the time to understand what we were trying to do and offered some very helpful suggestions that made our plan even better! Same with the deck out back. He doesn't try to upsell you, he just offers an experienced perspective on what works, what might not, and tells you exactly why. He made me feel very empowered to make good decisions about my property.
3. He's fast. As soon as we agreed on a plan, the team got to work. They worked hard, and delivered a whole new driveway, walkway, front yard, and a deck in a shockingly short amount of time. I definitely got a lot of good, hard work for my money.
4. High quality work. Not only do they work hard, but the quality of their work is excellent. We had them replace our concrete with brick pavers, and the attention to detail is incredible - the bricks are graded, even, sealed, and seamless. It looks gorgeous. The deck is level, solid, and looks extremely high-end. I cannot say enough about the quality of work.
When you're hiring someone to work on your home, there is a big difference between "some guy and his team," and a professional crew. This is a professional crew that will talk to you, listen to you, and do the job right. If you want to feel really good about your project, hire this team.
