What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are reasonable and comparable to others in the Notary industry. Also, I will offer a discount if there is a large amount of signatures to be notarized.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to ask what type of document that needs notarization, how many people are signing the document, what's required for notarization and explain the fees associated with the job, such as the fees for the notarization and travel fees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Loan Signing Agent, a Commissioned Notary and a Certified Apostille Agent. I have three Loan Signing certifications and a certification in being an Apostille agent.
