- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set by Secretary of State which is the standard $15 per signature, my travel fee is based on distance traveling. I offer discount when 5 or more signatures are required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting new customers is the best part of this job. My first contact is always to reply with text, then follow up with a phone call to make the contact more personal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and certified through National Notary Association, Loan Signing System, and commissed through Secretary of State of California.
