Ricardo was absolutely amazing! I’m not very tech-savvy, so I really appreciated how patient and helpful he was. I asked if I could record videos of how to insert both the toner and the drum—terms I’d honestly never even heard before—and he was more than happy to walk me through everything. I had accidentally jammed our $400 printer (oops), and Ricardo not only helped us troubleshoot the issue but also offered us a great deal on another printer since we needed a working one right away. He explained everything clearly, including how to set up and operate two different printers with separate phones and computers to avoid any future conflicts—a tip I would’ve never figured out on my own. Honestly, even AI couldn’t have guided me through all that! It made a huge difference to have someone who truly knows what they’re doing.
