- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the issues involved in each individual transaction. Generally, I cannot charge less than $50/hour and prefer a flat fee, ballpark quotes include: $300 for dissolution without children or property; $30-$60 for standard service of process; $20-$50 for standard traveling notary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking to the customer to discern the nature and extent of the legal services needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paralegal Certificate and many years of substantive legal work that requires knowledge of legal procedure and concepts that are customarily, but not exclusively, performed by a lawyer.
