FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer an estimated price ranged based off of photos, documents and plans. If our range falls within your budget, the next step is a paid consultation. During this consultation, we meet with you onsite to discuss your project in depth and after due diligence can offer you a price promise guarantee covering your project in it's entirety so there are no surprises during construction. The consultation fee goes towards the cost of the project once contracted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the second we first speak on the phone or email, your goals become mine. There is no cookie-cutter process, we will do absolutely anything to meet the needs of our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, I have completed a state approved laborers apprenticeship program for local 300, tested for and passed the state license for both general A and B, and completed 2 associates degrees honors at SCC in construction management, and the other in construction inspection. However, the true education and training that really counts- are the decades of experience in the trades day in and day out that our talented team has under their belt.
