Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: John enjoys the entire design process, from Pre-Design, Site Design, Schematic Design, Design Development through Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. John is a “Licensed” Architect, which is regulated by the State government, unlike some who call themselves architects without holding a current License, which is illegal. You should ALWAYS verify the person you hire is a licensed architect by checking their License number with the California Architects Board. And verify they have no adverse complaints or violations. See cab.ca.gov/consumers/license_search.shtml Many non licensed people call themselves Architects, CAD Drafters or CAD Designers, and they tend to charge less than Licensed Architects. But as the old saying goes, you tend to get what you pay for. When you hire an unlicensed Architect, the Customer has no recourse if the "Designer” fails to perform to professional Architectural standards, or worse, is negligent, resulting in Construction Delays, Flaws, Extra Costs to the customer, etc. As a “Licensed” Architect. John has never had a complaint or violation against his License in over 31 years. And his License is currently valid. The Architect License must be renewed every 2 years and the Architect must pass a continuing education course and pass a test in order to renew the License. If you look on Houzz.com or Google.com you can see some reviews there.
