- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we always ask for brand name and model number of your machine to check if we work with that kind of equipment. After that we schedule an appointment within timeframe that fits best to our client (normally within 3 days). Then our tech goes on site to examine the machine. In most cases we are able to fix it immediately without parts replacement. Finally making sure our customer is satisfied with our service!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If you require an assembly service performed by fitness equipment technician please make sure your new equipment is on its future place. We do NOT provide moving services. Thank you for understanding!
