Tri-Valley Tax and Financial Services, Inc. has been serving our clients since 1995. The owner Howard Hertz EA has be preparing taxes since 1984. We believe in education as tax laws change daily. On average our tax professionals attend over 70 hours of in classroom eduction each year.
We enjoy working with client to provide the lowest legal tax liability each year. We also work hard to keep you off the IRS mailing list. When you do get that "love letter" we enjoy beating the Government.

Because I had some tax issues, I was sure that there was no escape from having to come up with a few thousand dollars for the IRS. Wow, was I wrong! Howard and his team put their knowledge and experience to work for me and when they were done, I didn't owe anything for 2016. If you have tax issues Howard will solve them; or, if your return is straight forward he will make sure you take advantage of every deduction and get the maximum refund due.
If you want the best and most honest tax preparer, I HIGHLY recommend calling Howard...you will not be disappointed!

My experience was UNBELIEVABLE! I was contacted immediately, which was even after hours for the owner. He listened patiently to my scenario, which had been going on for several years with the IRS. He booked me an appointment first thing the next morning and I met with him and his wife. I explained that I had been working with another CPA and a tax attorney for over 1 year, but we were getting no where. In fact, the interest and penalties were accruing faster than I could stomach. The IRS claimed I owed almost a quarter of a million dollars, and had already filed a lien against me. Tri Valley tax requested all my supporting documents and amended my returns which had been done incorrectly. They studied my case thoroughly. Within a couple weeks they sent their response and my amended returns off to the IRS. Within a little over a month later they called me to tell me my case had been won! I was so relieved, words cannot express how grateful I am. I have my life back thanks to this company. I will never leave them, they are my team for life!

Not the service we were used to from another firm. Turnaround time was long, and seemed a bit disorganized. However, the work was thorough. Will give them one more year now that we kind of know one another.
