- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge an hourly rate rather I charge by the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to onboard a lead (potential new customer) into my CRM software so that I have all the needed details and contact information to bid the job. I can provide a very rough estimate over the phone but can provide a much more firm estimate if I see the project in person. I'll schedule with the customer once the estimate is accepted and complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was an electrician and did everything himself. I helped on a wide range of projects with him. To this day, I do all my own work and even do my own remodel projects.
