Introduction: I offer a professional private and semi-private training service that is tailored to help reach your personal goals. Located in Camino at my 1,000 square foot residential studio, I incorporate the outdoors as much as possible, weather permitting. I bring elements of real life into every workout! Fitness classes are also available in Placerville at On Stage Productions. I love the personal connection I develop with those I train. I also love seeing them develop strength, create and crush goals, and grow more confident over time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One on one training prices will vary with package purchase. Discounts will be applied for a longer commitment. With my fitness class groups, we have a culture of support, and individualized attention can still be received while enjoying the camaraderie and dynamics of a group fitness class. Packages are sold on a monthly, auto-renewing basis. My online training is special because I keep the personal connection via FaceTime, Zoom, or Skype format. We can see and hear each other in real time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a part of NASM, we are required to earn continuing education credits. Each year, I travel to Seattle, Los Angeles, or San Francisco to attend the country and world's largest fitness conventions, hoping to bring back a sampling of what they have to offer. Education, research, and growth is huge here.
