Abel and his team collaboratively worked with me to come up with a beautiful kitchen design, including cabinets, countertops, and backsplash. He was flexible in working with the specific cabinet vendor that I liked to purchase from, and he and his team had proper follow-up with the vendor to deliver and install the cabinets in a timely manner. Additionally, his countertop job and backsplash were nothing less than perfect. I would definitely refer him to all my friends and family members who may need his services.

Abel and his crew were great partners in my kitchen upgrade. I appreciate the responsiveness and communication. When I first started looking into this process, I was concerned about getting the right person for the job, and someone who was fair - (*I am a single woman and the home-owner/occupant). I met with several companies (5+) to get options and ideas for the upgrades I wanted. Mainly, I wanted a new vanity in the bathroom with countertop + kitchen countertops and a farmhouse sink + faucet (I also asked that a couple cabinets to be taken down off the wall, too). Overall, I really wanted to "brighten-up" the place! There was a wide range for cost from the companies I met with, and Abel was not the cheapest - but he wasn't the most expensive either. I was not necessarily looking for the cheapest person to do the job, but the person that would provide the best value and get the job done in a reasonable amount of time - I didn't want to be without a kitchen for weeks on-end, especially with small kids in the house. After choosing IES, Abel started the initial demo, and a week later, came back (on-schedule) to install the countertops in both spaces (I went with a pre-fab counter in the bathroom, and slab instead of pre-fab in the kitchen, and I highly suggest that although it is slightly more expensive). The countertops came out beautifully, for both spaces, and the vanity in the bathroom is also well-done. Note: The only suggestion I have for folks doing this type of project is to make sure the main guy/lead is there on day 1 and the last day for the walk-through just to make sure everything is up to par before signing off! Overall, I am very pleased with IES and their work on my home. I recommend them to others, and would hire them again in the future.

Thanks to Abel I was able to do the white real stone quartzite countertop in my bathroom. We had to do a partial remodel on a limited budget after water damage, and the old outdate tile that matched the rest of the bathroom wasn't produced anymore. Trying to get one piece of quartzite (less porous than marble with the same real stone look) cut to size and installed was seeming impossible. My handyman making the cabinetry recommended Home Depot but they didn't have the selection I wanted. The places that sell the slabs don't cut and install them. One place I called quoted 3K for just a slab, no installing. Another person I found here on thumbtack told me quartzite doesn't come in white. (not true.) I would have given up if I hadn't found Abel, who was able to give me the beautiful quartzite I wanted at a very reasonable price, probably what Home Depot would have been for fake stone (quartz). He was easy to communicate with, reliable, friendly, and texted pictures from the the slab yard. My handyman told me after the measurements were done it would probably take a few weeks for the stone to be installed, but Abel did it 24 hours later. During the install he took his time to give me some ideas and options. The price was exactly what we had agreed on the first time we spoke. I will recommend IES to my neighbors and friends.

Abel and his team were great, we got really lucky to have found them on thumbtack. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to countertops and home renovations in general. Infact we hired flooring and kitchen cabinet refacing guys after his recommendation. And they also turned out to be perfect. Would definitely be working with Abel for future projects and I recommend him for anyone looking to get some work done at a very reasonable cost.

After receiving several estimates from a few companies, Abel Armenta showed up and made feel very comfortable with my ideas. I was very impressed on how Abel took my design ideas and made them work. Other countertop installers we're limited in their ideas and rigid. Abel didn't have any problems helping me make my fantasy kitchen. Abel also moved a cabinet for me at no charge which was very much appreciated. Abel did an excellent job in a very timely manner and his price for his work he is exceptionally competitive and reasonable. If you want a good job done at reasonable price call Abel armenta.
