- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Solimon | Rodgers we do not charge an upfront fee. We strive to assist our clients get the treatment they need and the maximum recovery based on the injuries they have sustained. We only charge a fee if we can recover for our clients. Our fee is 15% of the final settlement amount. So if there is no recovery - there is no fee!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our experienced Attorneys will reach out to potential clients and discuss their current situation once we determine that the person qualifies under the workers compensation laws for treatment and benefits we will schedule and appointment for one of our staff to come out with all the paperwork to signup the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our workers compensation attorneys are solely focused on helping those injured on-the-job. We have the insights and experience to fight for you. Our office works on a contingency basis so you do not owe pay unless we recover for you. Trust us to help you get back on your feet medically and financially.
