I can't speak highly enough of KG's performance as a personal trainer. He always comes to each session with thoughtful, personalized workouts and a friendly and encouraging personality that helps to motivate through the challenging parts of the session. Beyond his knowledge in fitness - of which he has over 20 years experience - KG always demonstrates the highest level of respect and professionalism. Trust is an important part of a trainer/trainee relationship and KG builds and maintains that trust every workout. As far as results, after only a few months and only one session a week, I have noticed both physical and mental changes, such as my clothes fitting better, reduced aches and pains from sitting too much at my desk job, more energy, and a better mood.
