- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free 30-minute consultation to learn about your business. I then review your current books, provide a customized quote, and once we agree on a plan, I get your QuickBooks set up and take it from there. Financial reports are delivered monthly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with multiple certifications including QuickBooks Online, Advanced Online, and Payroll. I stay current with the latest bookkeeping practices and software updates. I majored in liberal arts at Pierce LA College, and computer science at California Lutheran University.
