Tenant screening service -- this program is designed for the property owner who has sought out the tenant, but doesn't have the resources to perform the necessary income, credit and employment and criminal verifications/investigations. Limited service -- this program is for the owner of a local property who needs assistance in advertising their rental property. We will place your home on the realtor website, as well as on the MLS system for all the real estate brokers and agents to view.

The man is a con artist. He altered a lease for our children's charity after it was signed and paid for, then refused to honor the renewal clause that he and his agent had written. His actions have cost well over $300,000 in litigation fees and may in fact put our charity out of business.
