We have three property management plans to choose from: Full property management handling -- we take care of all areas of property management, from maintenance to tenant placement to billing and accounting. One-time rental program -- this program is for local property owners who have the knowledge and time to manage their property, but do not desire to do the property showings and tenant placement. We look for the tenant; you do the rest. Tenant screening service -- this program is designed for the property owner who has sought out the tenant, but doesn't have the resources to perform the necessary income, credit and employment and criminal verifications/investigations. Limited service -- this program is for the owner of a local property who needs assistance in advertising their rental property. We will place your home on the realtor website, as well as on the MLS system for all the real estate brokers and agents to view.
