What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and market price for tax resolution services. I do offer discounts across the board, so you can be sure that you're getting the best possible value for your money. I also offer a free consultation, so you can get a feel for my services and see if I'm a good fit for you. Payment If we do decide to work together, I charge 30% upfront to get started and then an equal amount every month until the balance is paid off. This payment plan is designed to be flexible and affordable, so you can focus on getting your tax problems resolved without having to worry about the financial burden.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation- Quick chat answer a few questions about your situation. The next step in working with me is to complete a questionnaire that I will send you. This questionnaire will take about 45 minutes to complete, and it will give me a better understanding of your tax situation. Based on the information you provide in the questionnaire, I will be able to tell you what options you have and what programs you may qualify for. I will also be able to give you a price estimate for my services. Transparent Pricing I believe that it is important for customers to know what they are getting into before they start working with me. That's why I offer a free consultation and a transparent pricing structure. Once you have completed the questionnaire, I will review your information and provide you with a price estimate. This price estimate will be based on the complexity of your case and the services that I will be providing. No Surprises I want you to know exactly what you are getting into before you start working with me. That's why I will never charge you any hidden fees or unexpected costs. If you have any questions about my pricing or my services, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am always happy to answer your questions and explain my process in more detail.
