Stephen Cook photographed my son, granddaughter, and me for family portraits. We spent approximately two hours with Mr. Cook.
I was impressed by Mr. Cook's "personableness." He spent time getting to know us as individuals and as a family prior to the photo shoot. He used his charm and exceptional personality to make us feel comfortable. Although I was extremely pleased with the service, I would have liked to have been able to view all of the final pictures upon pickup. The pictures were nicely wrapped when I arrived, however, perhaps a more fitting touch would be to allow the customer to view them, then package them. Overall, outstanding service,,,thank you!
