I was very happy with the completed landscape project. Bill Sullivan sent 2 extremely good workers who removed a giant yucca plant, added to an existing wall while finishing it with stucco and a flagstone cap, as well as created a beautiful border between the sidewalk and the front yard with attractive-looking pavers. The price was fair and the quality, as well as the aesthetic of the finished work was excellent. I do think Mr. Sullivan knows his construction business, but he is not as responsive or really good at communication as I would have preferred. All in all though, if you are patient and flexible, the work was done very well.

Pricing is dependent upon the project. The two models we use are (T&M) - time and materials or Project Bid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An email or text along with pictures to describe work to be completed is a great way to start. A phone call can also help explain and speed you through the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have in excess of 15 years plus of building commercial, residential buildings and landscape projects from the ground up. Currently in process of gaining new licensees for further project variety fulfillment. We are proud that we have completed projects from backyard fencing, concrete patios, landscape renovations, kitchen/bath/home remodels to complete ground up completion of both residential and commercial projects. Trades that we specialize in are Framing/Carpentry, Landscape, Masonry, Concrete, Painting, Plumbing, projects for residential, commercial and municipal clients.
