FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is straightforward and transparent. I don’t believe in hidden fees or surprise charges. I explain the cost before any work begins, and I only recommend what’s actually needed. My rates reflect the quality of the work, the time involved, and the materials required. I also offer repair‑versus‑replace options when possible so customers can choose what fits their budget. For larger projects, I’m always open to discussing options and helping customers find the most cost‑effective solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new customer starts with a quick conversation to understand the issue and gather details about their system. From there, I schedule a visit, diagnose the problem on-site, and explain what I find in a clear and simple way. I always provide honest options—whether it’s repair, maintenance, or replacement—along with transparent pricing before any work begins. Once the customer approves the plan, I complete the job with clean, quality workmanship and make sure everything is running safely and efficiently. I finish by answering any questions and giving tips to help prevent future issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed extensive hands‑on training in both HVAC and electrical work, learning directly from experienced technicians and electricians early in my career. Over the years I’ve continued to build my skills through real jobsite experience, advanced troubleshooting, system replacements, panel upgrades, and code‑focused training. My background in both trades allows me to diagnose issues accurately, install systems correctly, and provide safe, reliable work that meets current standards.
