Excellent work! Tom restored our flagstone to its original beauty and thoroughly washed all of our windows. He came in, got the work done, was fast and non-intrusive. So nice to work with and reasonable price. I would highly recommend!

I hired San Diego Pressure Washing to come out wash the sidewalks and interior courtyard at our condo complex. Tom was friendly, communicative throughout the process, and did wonderful job. In little more than an hour, he restored our grimy, mossy and stained sidewalks to almost new. I would recommend Tom and would not hesitate to hire him again.

Tom quoted me a price for pressure washing my home exterior but explained that it likely would be only a short-term solution if he did not clean the roof as well. I had him completely clean my home from the roof down and I’m very pleased with the results. He was very careful at my property and cleaned up 100% when he was done. Great job overall.

I like to give an estimate base by the job not by the hour, because equipment that I use and experience will allow me to do the job faster than an average cleaning service provider.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do go to window cleaning convention and pressure washing convention.
I used to train window washers and pressure cleaners for the biggest companies in Chicagoland, so I like to stay on top of what's in my industry being knowledgeable and be able to use it in the field
