What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read the daily market stats from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and CAR daily. My favorite reading material is Forbes. I attending monthly investor meetings. In addition, my board (Citrus Valley) offers monthly seminars with current topics and I utilize weekly industry webinar's.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Single family homes for first time buyers and multiply properties for the investor.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you really trust and like the agent or team you hire. If at any point you loose the trust or you don't feel as if your agent has your best interest at heart move on.
