- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a few common across the board components such as: Capacitors, contactors, fuses etc.. (things that every unit has) these have set pricing. If it is a larger repair such as a compressor, control board or heat exchanger for example these prices can vary from one manufacture to another. After the unit is diagnosed, Indoor Climate Experts will provide you with upfront pricing for the repair this ensures everyone is on the same page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer setting an appointment is usually the first thing to establish. After arriving and identifying the problem a recommendation that will fix the damaged component is provided along with a price for the repair. The damage gets fixed and we put a one year warranty on all labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recieved formal education through the United States Air Force along with EPA certifications. I have served in other countries and have worked alongside dozens of contractors from different nationalities on hvac equipment. I have attended seminars, Air distribution classes from SDG&E and stay current with the air conditioning community.
