Jeff was amazing! He went beyond what was expected and kept me posted. I did not expect that he would be able to pick up in the evening, and this was very much appreciated. I moved out of the home, and others decided to add their junk to my pile! Jeff took everything away, even items that were not mine, and also went through the backyard and took away additional items, making it so much cleaner! AND he did not charge me extra, as "we didn't agree beforehand", what a gem he is! This was my first time using Thumbtack and I am so happy that I tried it out. I am especially happy that I chose Jeff as my "pro" and I will definitely recommend him to anyone! THANK YOU Jeff!!!

Removing this commercial fridge from my garage had been looming on my mind for over a year and I finally decided to make it happen. Jeff was among the first to respond and had a very straight forward yet transparent quote. I had a different contractor that I previously hired but he was unable to get the job done due to lack of help and truck size. Jeff had this headache off my property and onto his trailer in less than 10 minutes. He offers a wide array of services and comes highly recommended by me

Jeff with Quality Control Demolition is the ideal demolition contractor. He's meticulous and makes sure that there's no dust or debris. I was blown away with his use of a Negative Pressure venting system so no dust went anywhere in the house. He works fast and clean and I would use his services again if I needed anything. The pricing was reasonable and his skill unmatched in quality! Thank you Jeff for making the demo of our kitchen stress-free!

Prices reflect: Quality Service #1, mobilization,vehicle/trailer use, labor & guaranteed satisfaction. *Only additional charges would be disposal fees for appliances ,matresses, tire's , ect.. *Paint's, oils, chemicals & hazardous waste not accepted at the moment. I offer 10% off for veterans & seniors. Plus $20 Cash rewards for referrals.💪😎
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Communicate scale of job, access, schedule & pricing. -Depending on scale of work we would schedule to walk the job. -We would then confirm acceptance & payment methods before scheduling. -Notify customer time of arrival on scheduled date -Complete scope of work -We Always Aim to please, we would discuss with customer that work is completed to their satisfaction before leaving. -Send final invoice once completed *Payment due upon completion
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had various training certs in Safety, hazardous removal & cleaning including; OSHA 40, Asbestos,Lead,Mold,IICRC, Hazwopper,Heavy equipment, tree removal operations & Management training. I have obtained my C-21 general contractors license & Commercial Class A driver license with multiple endorsements.
